| 1. Why North and South? |
|
When brisgraff was being constructed it was decided that the flix would go into the suburbs in which they were found. This was then broken up into North and South of the Brisbane river. Now with the number of images accumulating on the site we have started putting sub menus at the start of suburbs so there is no need to navigate from page to page. Go to top |
| 2. Who is behind Brisgraff and do they write? |
|
Brisgraff consists of a number of individuals who have come together, each for their own reason, to contribute toward creating what you see as Brisgraff. We are all creative in our own way, but as to who does what, we might just leave that one there. As to writing, now that would be a foolish thing to admit to in a public forum, wouldn't it? |
| 3. How can I get a copy of a flic I've seen on Brisgraff? |
| Just email us and we will send it to you. Single or several images to individuals are what we are talking about. If you want to get a larger amount or want the images for other web sites or some other venture then you must contact us about details of a lisence. Basically a lisence requires you to attribute the images to Brisgraff wherever they are used. The lisence is free unless your're intending to make money from them. Copyright at all times remains with Brisgraff. Go to top |
| 4. Why did you remove the credit tags on the site? |
| Credit has been stripped from almost everything due to some concerns in the past, including incorrect attribution. If you want your credit there YOU MUST CONTACT ME AND LET ME KNOW and I will fix it up for you straight away [within two days]. |
| 5. Why haven't you got graff from (fill your site here)? |
|
We are limited in our time and resources but we do try to get about. Tips are always welcome but even better are scans of the piece emailed to us. SEND Here NOW Go to top |
| 6. Why is there wak stuff next to good stuff; why wak stuff on the site at all? |
|
We attempt to document Brisbane's graff scene as it evolves. If you put your work out, it may get up here, OK. It's that simple. NO CREW POLITICS OK! |
| 7. Why aren't there a lot more links? |
|
We believe that we need to operate honestly and openly, especially in legal AND moral issues. Links are only made when we have received permission to place the link. Go to top |
| 8. Why aren't there more flix from the lines? |
|
Trespass is a civil, not a criminal matter. What this means is that the owner determines if a person found simply on their property is prosecuted for trespass. Queensland Rail are quite clear that trespassers will be prosecuted. Brisgraff will not go uninvited onto QR property. Telephoto lenses help. Go to top |
| 9. Why isn't there other graff on the site? |
|
Brisgraff is dedicated to showcasing and documenting Brisbane graffiti. That said, we have established a site to feature EVERYTHING ELSE. http://www.graffonline.com |
| 10. How can I get one of my flix onto Brisgraff? |
