Copyright exists in all Photographs, Graphics and Design elements that appear on Brisgraff and Graffonline web sites, ancillary services and products. Any unauthorized use is prohibited by law.

Some images and designs are supplied by third parties and the copyright in that material resides with them. Some images are submitted to Brisgraff [and that is appreciated], and the copyright in that material resides with the person that took the picture.

At all times there also resides a copyright in the work itself, and that attaches to the Author of the Work. At Brisgraff we have no way of knowing exactly who is who and who has done what and to date we have not tracked any copyright of the Work, as this has been of no real concern. Our concern is our images of the work, which attaches copyright to us.

Today Brisgraff is Brisgraff.com and Graffonline.com. Two web sites with picture archives, built with hard graft, lots of sweat from the Queensland sun, and for us a considerable cash investment in those things you pay for - film & processing, web hosting, etc etc. You get the idea. Brisgraff is not a full time business for any one of us. No one makes money from Brisgraff. Brisgraff costs us money. Facts stated. No regrets on that score.

However, at some time in the future Brisgraff intends producing commercial products from the Intellectual Property that comes from the attached copyright in the photographs that Brisgraff owns. All products will have a set portion in its price which will be put into a trust account on behalf of the Copyright Holders in the original Work. A mechanism will be devised so that these royalties will be available for collection by those of you that have created the pieces that appear on our products.

We value art and creativity very highly and with that creativity comes a responsibility. A responsibility to all copyright holders in any product we produce commercially.
